QuantAscent Technologies LLC ("we") runs quantascent.io and the QuantAscent desktop application. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Release-updates signup: the email address you submit, so we can notify you about major releases and launch.
• Account holders: your name, email, and sign-in details if you create a QuantAscent account.
• Billing: if you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment details go directly to our payment processor (Stripe); we receive only your subscription status and billing history, never your card number.
• Technical basics: standard server logs (IP address, browser type) used for security and abuse prevention.

Your portfolio and brokerage data stay in the desktop app on your own computer. We do not receive your brokerage credentials.

How we use it

We use your email to send the updates you asked for and to operate your account. That's it. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for third-party marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the service: email delivery, sign-in, payment processing, and hosting/CDN. They process your data only as needed to provide the service to us.

Unsubscribing and deletion

Every update email tells you how to opt out — or just email us. To have your data deleted, write to [email protected] and we'll remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in an update email and revise the date at the top of this page.
